What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email, phone if you choose to include it, role, community or project name, project type, city, timeline, and any notes you add. If you email us directly, we have whatever is in that thread.

How we use it

To reply to your inquiry, scope your project, and send you a proposal or quote. That is the full list.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your information.
• We do not use your submission to market to you beyond the thread you started.
• We do not share your information with third parties, except as required to deliver a project you have asked us to deliver (for example, coordinating a scheduled visit with your property manager or lake vendor).

Hosting and forms

The site runs on Netlify. Form submissions are stored in the Netlify dashboard and emailed to the studio inbox. Netlify processes its side of the transaction under its own privacy policy.

Analytics and tracking

We do not currently run analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party cookies on this site. If that changes, this page changes with it.

Retention and deletion

We keep correspondence and project records for as long as they are useful to ongoing or repeat work. To request deletion of a prior submission, email info@duplainmedia.com with the community or project name and we will remove it from our records.
